Almond Butter & Banana Toast with Hemp Sprinkles

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole wheat or multi-grain bread
  • 1/2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 banana, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast bread. Spread the bread with almond butter and then layer the banana slices on top.
     
  2. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and gently cut into triangles or quarters.

Notes 

Nut Butters: you can use any nut or seed butter you prefer in this recipe – peanut, cashew, sunflower, etc.

Age: 9+ months. For allergy concerns, I would recommend trying almond butter in a smaller amount before serving this toast.
