Ingredients
- 3 apples, cored, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and roughly chopped

In a medium saucepan, bring 2 inches of water to a boil. In a steamer basket, add all of the ingredients, place the basket over boiling water, and cover. Steam for 12 minutes or until all ingredients are fork tender. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Reserve steamer water.

Transfer all ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree on high for 1-2 minutes. Add the reserved steamer water, fresh breast milk or formula, in 1/4 cup increments, to get the puree to the right consistency. I had to add 3/4 cup of water to the puree above.
