Asparagus Broccoli & Avocado Puree

A creamy and smooth combination puree featuring Asparagus, Broccoli and Avocado!

Asparagus Broccoli & Avocado Puree

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cup asparagus, trimmed and roughly chopped
  • 1 avocado, pitted 

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 inches of water to a boil. In a steamer basket, place the asparagus and broccoli, and steam for 8-10 minutes or until fork tender. Reserve steamer water. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Place the cooked ingredients into a blender or food processor along with the avocado and puree for 1-2 minutes or until completely smooth. If the puree is too thick, add in 1/4 cup of the reserved water at a time.
  3. Serve and enjoy! 

Notes 

Age: 7+ months

Yield: 15 ounces

Storage: Fridge – store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freezer – can be frozen for up to 4 months.
