Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 cup spinach, packedā€Ø
- 1/4 cup whole milk plain yogurt, use a plant-based yogurt for dairy free
- 3-4 ice cubesā€Ø
- 2/3 cup liquid (regular milk, almond milk, coconut milk, water, breast milk, prepared formula, etc)
- pinch of chia seeds (optional)
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, scraping down sides if needed, until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. The smoothie should be on the thinner side so it's easier for your baby to drink from a straw.
Notes
Age: 9 months and up
Makes: 2, 4-5 oz servings
Storage: Can save in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Ingredients will separate, so shake before serving.
Ripe Banana: using a really ripe banana will help sweeten this smoothie enough so you don’t have to add in any added sweetener.
