Avocado & Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1/4 avocado, ripe
- 2 tbsp hummus, any flavor
- 2 pieces bread, whole wheat, whole grain or white
- pinch of hemp seeds (optional)
Instructions
- On a cutting board, place the avocado and mash it with the back of a fork until smooth.
- Place both pieces of bread on the cutting board and spread the avocado on one side and the hummus on the other side.
- Sprinkle one of the sides with hemp seeds.
- Press the two sides together and cut them into small triangles or squares.

Storage: this sandwich is best eaten the day of making. It can be served right away or packed into a lunch.
