Banana Peach Puree

When you are short on time and want to give your baby something tasty and healthy, this No-Cook Banana Peach Baby Food Puree is a lifesaver! It takes minutes to make with only 2 simple ingredients.

  • They are also a good food to serve when your baby has an upset stomach

Banana Peach Puree

Servings: 20 ounces
Age: 7+ months 

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  2. Turn on and puree on low-medium speed for 30-45 seconds or until completely smooth.
  3. Serve or freeze for later.

Notes

Age: 7+ months

Yield: roughly 20 ounces

Note on Peaches: you can peel your peaches, or leave the peel on. If you leave the peel on you will just need to blend for a little longer. You can also use frozen peaches (1 1/2 cups), just make sure to thaw them first. 

Storage: Fridge – store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freezer – can be frozen for up to 4 months.
