Blueberry Oatmeal

Blueberry Oatmeal is the perfect warm and healthy breakfast for any age! This vivid oatmeal can be made into a baby puree, cooled into chunks for baby-led weaning, served separated with add-ins for the skeptical toddler or in a bowl with all the toppings for kids (and adults).

Nutritional Information

Notes

Age: 6+ months

Note on Blueberries: I like to use wild blueberries in this recipe because they tend to be way smaller than standard blueberries and easier for baby or toddler to eat. You can use regular blueberries but you may have to cut them in half for easier eating.

Storage: any leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. If pureeing for your baby, you can store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 4 months.

Yield: 4 small baby or toddler servings, 2 kid or adult servings.
