Blueberry Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk - regular, nut, coconut, hemp, etc.
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes, adding more milk if the smooth is too thick.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
