Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk - regular, nut, coconut, hemp, etc.
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- In a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes, adding more milk if the smooth is too thick.
