This steamed Broccoli Peas & Carrots dish is the perfect stage 3 chunky puree, finger food for 9 months and up, or a side dish for a toddler meal.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup carrots, peeled and cut into long sticks
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup peas, fresh or frozen
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2″ of water to a boil over medium heat. Place broccoli and carrots into a steamer basket, cover, and cook for 6 minutes or until tender. Add in the peas, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Place the cooked broccoli and carrots onto a cutting board and cut them into small 'pea-size pieces.

Toss the broccoli and carrots with the peas and serve.
Notes
Age: 9+ months, to serve to baby 6+ months leave the broccoli and carrots in bigger shapes so your baby can pick them up to eat.
Yield: 6 portions
Storage: you can store this dish in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Stage 3 Puree: for a mashed chunky puree, you can either mash this dish with the back of a fork until chunk or place all ingredients into a blender and pulse for 5 -10 seconds or until just incorporated.
