One of the easiest ways to incorporate eggs into a baby puree is by simply blending the egg yolk with one of your baby’s favorite cooked fruit or vegetable. This puree is made with softened mango, but you could also use avocado, carrots, sweet potato, apple, or even breastmilk or formula.
