Frozen Kiwi Pops

These fun and yummy Kiwi Pops are the perfect healthy treats for toddlers and kids! Customize with your favorite toppings - sprinkles, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, mini marshmallows.

Frozen Kiwi Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi, peeled 
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp toppings - sprinkles, chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, etc.
  • 8 popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Slice the kiwi into 1/4" thick pieces. Gently thread the popsicle sticks into the kiwi pieces. 
  2. In a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and microwave in 30 seconds intervals, stirring between intervals.
  3. Dip (or drizzle) the kiwi into the melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with toppings, if using. Repeat with remaining kiwi pops. 
  4. Place the baking sheet into the freezer and let chill for 4-5 hours. 
  5. Serve and enjoy.
