Frozen Kiwi Pops

Ingredients
- 2 kiwi, peeled
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips
- 2 tsp toppings - sprinkles, chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, etc.
- 8 popsicle sticks
Instructions
- Slice the kiwi into 1/4" thick pieces. Gently thread the popsicle sticks into the kiwi pieces.

In a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and microwave in 30 seconds intervals, stirring between intervals.

Dip (or drizzle) the kiwi into the melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with toppings, if using. Repeat with remaining kiwi pops.
- Place the baking sheet into the freezer and let chill for 4-5 hours.
