Green Bean Broccoli & Pear Puree

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pear, cored 


  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 inches of water to a boil. In a steamer basket, place the green beans, broccoli, and pear, and steam for 8-10 minutes or until fork tender. Reserved steamer water. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Place the cooked ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree for 1-2 minutes or until completely smooth. If the puree is too thick, add in 1/4 of a cup of the reserved water in at a time.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Storage: Fridge – store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freezer – can be frozen for up to 4 months.
