Ingredients
- 1/2 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp whole wheat panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray or line a baking sheet.
- in a medium bowl, toss together the green beans, oil, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder. Place the green beans in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through the baking time, or until the green bean fries are soft.

Storage: can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Gluten-Free: these can be made gluten-free by using a one-for-one gluten-free flour and gluten-free breadcrumbs.
