Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mango, frozen
- 1 banana, frozen works best
- 1 handful of spinach (roughly 1/2 cup packed)
- 1/2 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
- 1 cup milk, of choice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth – roughly 1-2 minutes on high.

Yield: 2 8-oz servings
Note on Milk: you can make this smoothie using any milk you prefer – regular or any plain plant-based milk such as almond, oat or soy.
Note on Frozen Banana: for a thicker smoothie, use frozen and bananas. If using fresh, add in 4-6 ice cubes.
Storage: Smoothies are best served as soon as you have made them. But you can store any leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 24 hours, and shake them before serving.
