Kiwi Broccoli & Avocado Chunky Puree

This chunky puree is a wonderful meal for your baby full of nutrient-dense foods - avocado, broccoli, and kiwi.

Kiwi Broccoli & Avocado Chunky Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled

Instructions

  1. Steam: In a medium saucepan, bring 2″ of water to a boil over medium heat. In a steamer basket, add in the broccoli and steam for 8-10 minutes or until the pear is very fork tender. 
  2. Mash: place the broccoli, avocado, and kiwi on a cutting and mash with the back of a fork until you get the desired chunky texture. You can also place all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
