Kiwi Puree

Your baby will love this fresh and citrusy puree made with Kiwi! While great on it's own, we love serving it swirled into some plain whole milk yogurt for a real treat. 


Nutritional Information

Kiwis may be small, but they are mighty when it comes to nutritional value. One cup of kiwi contains:

  • 185% of the daily value of vitamin C, making it an excellent choice to help support the immune system and help with iron absorption.
  • An abundant of antioxidants to help reduce the risk of cancer.
  • A high amount of fiber for a healthy digestive system and vitamins E and K for a healthy immune system and strong bones.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled

Instructions

  1. Place the kiwi into a blender and puree until smooth. 
  2. If the seeds won't break down in your blender, you can strain the puree through a fine mesh colander.

Storage: Fridge – store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freezer – can be frozen for up to 4 months.
