Salmon is one of the best foods for baby because of all the healthy goodness it contains.

  • One of the best sources of DHA and EPA Omega 3’s, essential for brain development.
  • One of the few food sources of vitamin D.
  • Full of other vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, B vitamins, potassium and calcium. 
  • Low in mercury, making it one of the best fish to consume.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp cooked or canned salmon, flaked
  • 1/4 avocado, peeled

Instructions

  1. Place the salmon and avocado in a small bowl.
  2. Using a fork, mash together until incorporated. 

Notes 

Age: 6+ months

Storage: store in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the fridge. To keep from discoloring, add in a small squeeze of lemon or lime juice.
