Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana frozen or fresh
- 1/4 cup oats – old-fashioned or instant
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional
- 1 cup milk – regular, almond, rice, hemp, soy, or coconut
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are combined and smooth.

Age: 12+ months
Yield: 2 large kid-sized smoothies
Honey: If serving to a baby under 1 year, be sure to skip the honey as it may cause botulism in kids under the age of one.
